Argan oil is used only for seasoning and never for cooking. Very characteristic for its taste of hazel nut and exotic flavor.
It enhances the taste and scents of:

P A T' A R G A N E - PURE AMLOU spread
Amlou is a paste to be spread on bread or melba toasts. It is glossy with grilled kernels of argan oil and natural honey. Its is a famous aphrodisiac tonic and can be eaten at breakfast time or served after a meal. Amlou is traditionally used by certain Berber tribes of Morocco for pastry making. It was consumed by the nomads who crossed the desert.
